NY Open Data is free information about nearly every area of life in New York. Every time a street is cleaned, a tree is planted, a playground is built, or a restaurant is inspected, a corresponding data point is created. This includes both New York City Open Data, and New York State Open Data. To explore city open data, access the NYC Open Data platform here nyc.gov/opendata. To explore state open data, access the NYS Open Data platform here data.ny.gov.
