About our Workforce Development Surveys
BetaNYC is committed to preparing students for real-world Public Interest Tech (PIT)/AI jobs. For over a decade, we have trained and mentored young professionals to enter the workforce.
To ensure our next generation of civil society and government is staffed with diverse, wise, and experienced individuals, we are maturing our Civic Innovation Fellowship into a two-year public-interest tech apprenticeship.
With support from the New York City Council, the Siegel Family Endowment, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, we have a few questions to ask you.
Your responses are important because they provide feedback on how well our curriculum prepares students to succeed in your organization.
How Your Feedback Will Be Used
The feedback we collect is used to improve and update our training curriculum so it better aligns with workforce needs, while also sharing insights with partners across higher education, government, and industry to strengthen the public interest technology talent pipeline. In addition, your input guides the design of future fellowship, apprenticeship, and alumni programs.
