Arnav Sahai is a passionate data analyst, writer, and community builder currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Columbia University. With a strong academic foundation in computer science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and advanced expertise in quantitative analysis, business intelligence, and economic policy, Arnav thrives at the intersection of technology and social impact.
Through his experience as an Associate Board Member at BetaNYC and a dedicated IT Consultant at Columbia, Arnav has actively contributed to the growth of community-driven initiatives, organizing workshops and events that facilitate collaboration and empowerment. His professional portfolio spans global organizations, including Accenture and Global Governance Initiative, where he leveraged data-driven insights for business strategy, ethical AI policy, and process optimization.
Arnav’s unique skill set merges technical mastery in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning with an intrinsic love for storytelling and writing. As Editor in Chief at Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology and a co-organizer of TEDx Dabri, he spearheaded the creation of compelling content and managed publication projects, highlighting his commitment to effective communication.
He has authored and implemented impactful projects, such as analyzing the socio-economic effects of bird flu on U.S. egg markets and developing real-time object detection systems for the visually impaired.
