BetaBuilders: Pride Tech Night
June 23 @ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM EDT

BetaNYC presents Pride Tech Night!
On Tuesday, June 23 from 6 pm – 8 pm, we’re gathering at Wilka’s, a queer-owned sports bar, to celebrate Pride Month and the queer tech and data community.
Join us for Pride-focused lightning talks and a special announcement. We’ve been cooking up something new: a community built for people at the forefront of public interest tech in NYC. Stay tuned for more details, you won’t want to miss being in the room when we launch.
Become a BetaBuilder and get Complimentary Tickets to Pride Tech Night!
BetaBuilders are the New Yorkers who keep our work running month after month, not just once a year. Civic infrastructure isn’t built and walked away from. It’s maintained: the weekly newsletter, the open data classes, the mapping events in all five boroughs, the fellowship that trains the next generation. A monthly gift is how that maintenance gets funded. By contributing to BetaNYC and becoming a BetaBuilder, you are building civic infrastructure.
Every monthly gift goes directly to the BetaNYC’s programs. Monthly is the default; you can switch to a one-time gift in the form.
Why monthly?
Building never finishes; the newsletter goes out every week, classes run all year, and maps get made one borough at a time. A monthly gift is how the building keeps going, without you having to think about it again.
Freedom, liberty, and democracy are not given. They are built. You support our local democracy!
