Kelly is a service designer and software engineer based in Brooklyn, NY. She specializes in developing tools and experiences that give data meaning. Through her work with BetaNYC, Kelly hopes to bring data, art, and technology together to build mutual understanding between New Yorkers and the institutions that serve them.
