Community Board Votes

Community Board Votes – is an Airtable template created with community boards to meet their bylaws around executive committee and resolutions elections during virtual meetings.

Its frontend is a simple form for community members to submit their ballots on their computers or phones. Its backend is familiar to folks using spreadsheets and quickly learned by District Manager staff. The backend allows for live adding/editing candidates, tracking mistakes in voting, and record keeping.

This application has been deployed by Queens Community Boards 6 and 7 for their executive committee votes, and showcased to Manhattan Community Boards as an example for similar applications.
