Growing up as a digital native, Tina is a cautious techno-optimist committed to leveraging emerging technologies—especially AI—for social good.
She’s currently studying Global Affairs and Computing, Culture & Society at Yale College, with aspirations in tech governance and public interest law to help shape policies and legal frameworks that protect civil liberties in the digital age. As a community organizer, Tina is driven by community impact and public service, from education justice to youth civic engagement. She served as a Content Fellow at NYC Youth Civic Hub, Policy Fellow at Encode, and a City Engagement Fellow with the Yale Dems, where she collaborated with a local organization to design an affordable housing platform.
Most recently, she conducted research on AI + accessibility for blind users at the University of Maryland’s Institute for Trustworthy AI in Law & Society. In her community-maxxing era, Tina is thrilled to grow (with) the PIT and BetaNYC community! Feel free to chat with her at tina@beta.nyc!
